Here is how the project went:

Great. The project collected over 200 books for the Childrens Friend in Rhode Island. These books will be used for children aged 2-5 in a Headstart program. We were able to recycle hundreds of books that would have been thrown out!

Through this project I/we learned:

That doing a community book drive is a great way to recycle books that people have and to help support reading needs at schools in our state.

What I/we might change:

Expand to more people to collect more books.

My/our favorite part of this project was:

Working with friends and neighbors in our community to recycle and reuse books!

Some tips, tricks or fun facts about the project:

We made colorful posters and signs which drew attention for our book drop boxes.
