The Problem
As a peer mentor, older students living in similar situations will serve as a mirror for younger students. Older mentor students will communicate with younger students about compassion, sharing, and how they can help their community.

As a peer mentor, older students living in similar situations will serve as a mirror for younger students. Older mentor students will communicate with younger students about compassion, sharing, and how they can help their community. The students will decide on their own community projects by researching the needs of their community. The students will celebrate their accomplishments with a quarterly showcase of their projects (4 projects a year). The connection between older and younger students, can serve as a catalyst for positive change and growth as a mentor and mentee.
