The OLMA Leadership Club is a school-based club where students come together to solve numerous problems based on what the students are passionate about. We hope to create an atmosphere of women's empowerment as OLMA is an all girls school.
The OLMA Leadership Club works together to create lasting change starting with the young leaders at Our Lady Of Mercy Academy. The goal of this club is to make a lasting impact in our community through leadership and the core values of the sisters of Mercy. The OLMA Leadership Club partners with the National Youth Leadership Council through the Jane Goodall Institute. Through this club we demonstrate how passionate OLMA women are about making a change and empowering others to take action.
