The Problem
We hope to provide an food pantry for food insecure families in our area. We already have established a food distribution program, now we need to develop a supplemental pantry to insure our program is sustainable.
Our Plan
Our project is the establishment of a emergency foo d pantry. We will be using our mini grant to help us in establishing collection routes for our food donation program. The routes will be mapped out and reusable bags will be purchased to be used as collection materials. We currently have a food recovery and redistribution program which target a couple local commuties but we would like a food pantry program to target middle school families that are in need of food resources
