We wish to help stress and improve the importance of well being and health. The 5 areas of wellness that we focus on are physical, emotional, social, spiritual, and intellectual. We work together cohesively in order to improve each area of wellness in order to improve one's overall well being.
Our project will raise awareness to the 5 areas of wellness (physical, emotional, social, spiritual, and intellectual) and inform people on how to improve these areas to better one's overall well being. We raise awareness by communicating with people within our group on the days we meet at school. A member will come into our meeting with and activity plan regarding to an area of wellness and our club will go through this activity and have a reflection on the activity at the end. This way we demonstrate how it is that an area of wellness impacts you directly and then how to improve though a discussion so you can take action.
