Our wish is to be able to build a garden on the school site where students and their families can learn to grow their own food as well as teach others to do so as well. Our school has a garden on the main campus that we are not able to plant in because that garden will be torn down in December.
Our students will build planters on our school. They will germinate seeds, transplant to a smaller planter, and then plant in our garden. The students will learn how to care for their plants. They will be responsible for creating another garden somewhere else in the community after they learn now to care for the garden.
