The Problem
We are working towards making our students more aware of the food they eat, how it is harvested, and how you can use food waste to help nurture plants. Many students just know vegetables from what they see in the store or on their lunch plate. How does it look as it grows? What do you have to do in order to take care of it? What can you do with that banana peel?
