The Problem

We would like for our area to be safe for animals and people alike. Many animals are allowed to roam free without their common vaccines. This grant will provide vaccines for these animals and the youth will learn the importance of keeping their animals healthy.

Our Plan

The students will help the Pickens County Animal Shelter vaccinate stray and roaming animals. This will teach the youth about the importance of vaccines, how to give a vaccine and will help make all of Pickens County a safer place for both people and animals.
