We are collecting used toys in our neighborhood to donate to some charities and shelters.

Here is how the project went:

It was a bit stressful at the beginning, since only a few people donated toys, but as time went on, we were able to collect more and more toys. In the end, it felt very rewarding to be able to make some children happy.

Through this project I/we learned:

We learned that people were quite open, supportive and friendly. And it felt great to help some kids have a better christmas.

What I/we might change:

We might start earlier, and do it at a larger scale, also, we might spend more time going door to door at houses, because we were able to collect much more toys that way.

My/our favorite part of this project was:

My favorite part of the project was to collect toys with friends.

Some tips, tricks or fun facts about the project:

We found more success when we went door to door to ask people for toys than when we just put a letter in their mailboxes.
