The Problem
The plan is to schedule a screening of the upcoming film "Plastic Ocean" in San Diego and open it up to everyone that is interested. I want to spread awareness about how harmful plastic is and why we should switch to alternatives.
Our Plan
We will reach out to local schools like SDSU and UCSD to bring in a wide audience of people. The screening only works out if we sell the minimum number of tickets, so we will do a lot of marketing for this project! We are also planning on having a beach clean up soon after the screening, so hopefully this will generate interest.
