The Problem

Our wish is to bring delicious and healthy food to our community and our school.

Our Plan

Our Roots & Shoots campaign is to work with my students to build an indoor multilevel system to grow healthy and nutritious micro greens at our school. The fresh micro greens will be used by our culinary students and/or given to students to take home to share and enjoy with family.
