The Problem
My wish for this project is to revamp our school Sensory Garden. This project will benefit our special needs students as well as an added benefit to our general education population.
Our Plan
Currently, we have a Sensory Garden outside of our classroom. This garden was built in 2014 by our special needs students. Since then, it has become over grown and not maintained. With this grant, we will be able to buy the supplies to revamp our sensory garden. The garden will need plants that you can see, touch, taste, and smell. We will also need new wind chimes for the hearing station.
