The Problem
We want to educate our students in the importance of nature for living and growing food and our social-emotional connection to the earth.
Our Plan
We are creating/starting a garden (for which space in the school has already been provided) that will house a sensory space for students who need help with self-regulation as well as all other students to experience whenever they need, a vegetable garden to teach kids about where good food comes from and how we are connected to the earth as well as a science connection so that it becomes tangible to the students.
