The Problem
We want to bring our community together and educate people about how they can help people in need.
Our Plan
We plan to have live music, games, and food to draw people in, but the real point of this event is to bring in donations of food, clothing, and hygiene items. We send these donations to people in need. It also is an event that families can take their kids for free and provide ways for families and our community to come together.

Here is how the project went:
It went really well. We got over 3,000 donations and was able to give it to organizations in need of the clothing items.
Through this project I/we learned:
We learn how to create a community event and learn to communicate with outside organizations. We have also learned the importance of advertising and the impact our efforts have on the community.
What I/we might change:
Making sure that we are advertising to the best of our abilities.
My/our favorite part of this project was:
Getting to see all the families come together and play games with her kids.

There are lots of people who want to help those in need, you just need to make sure you advertise enough for the word to spread.
