The Problem
Our classroom would like to promote peace around our school community as well as in the neighborhood we live/work in. We are calling our campaign, "The Ripple Effect." Promoting peace in our school will help build a better community for all of the students that attend Hunter. The children in our school come from poverty stricken neighborhoods with high crime rates. School is a safe haven for them and we want to ensure that all children feel the need to spread peace and love. We would like to create Peace Posters, Host an assembly about peace and release peace balloons with letters of kindness inside them.
