The Problem

We are starting from scratch. First we want to visit gardens and learn best methods and practices. Then we want to invite speakers to our school to teach us about garden design and equipment. Finally we want to build the garden and plant a first crop. We hope to enjoy healthy vegetables in the future while we reduce our contribution to the landfill.

Our Plan

As participants in a public high school cafe, we want to grow our own vegetables and herbs by creating a mini garden in the land surrounding our school building.
