The Herd Hope seeks to prevent elephant endangerment. As elephant populations are rapidly declining, it is necessary for the next generation to take a step into protecting this keystone species. Elephants face poaching, habitat-loss, and human conflict daily, and sanctuaries need help to continue funding rescue missions. We aim to address this need and in turn pave a way toward a safer future for elephants.
We operate on the dual mission of providing support for elephant sanctuaries and teaching teenagers the leadership skills vital for fundraising for this cause. We offer free educational materials, guides, and resources for teenagers who join through our Youth Ambassador program, and offer individual support as they organize fundraisers for elephant sanctuaries. Additionally, as a part of our Educational Outreach Program, we host presentations at local venues spreading awareness about elephant endangerment and ways for people to get involved. Through youth leadership, we strive to host community fundraisers that support a critical global cause.
