The Problem
We want to impact climate change at the grassroots level by reducing landfill waste. Specifically, we want to reduce the snack bag garbage that cannot be recycled and is generated every day at school.
Our Plan
To purchase a Terracycle snack and candy wrapper zero waste recycling box for our school and to educate students and adults at the school about using the box to recycle the snack bags.

Here is how the project went:
