The Problem

Spring City Improvements League (SCIL) was established to raise money for and lead beautification projects to benefit the residents, businesses, and visitors of the Borough of Spring City.

Our Plan

We have been fundraising for the past two years to have a mural painted on the side of a building on Main Street for all to enjoy as they enter the borough.
