i want to make sure that shelters around toronto are meeting the animals needs and i also want state the fact thet you should cheack your local shelters before buying a pet from a store or a breeder

to check that shelters are meeting the animals needs i hope to be able to go around toronto and check in to the shelters and then make signs to put up saying to go to the nearest shelter before going to a store
