The Problem

Our goal was to have our families donate school uniforms that no longer fit their children to families that are struggling with resources. We wanted to bring awareness to our school regarding the needs of our community members, and we wanted to teach students that they can make a positive difference by performing simple actions.

Our Plan

We began our "School Uniform/Food Drive" at the beginning of the school year by creating signs and placing donation boxes in our school lobby. My students created and generated fliers to be sent home, and collected school uniforms and food for 2 weeks.
