The Problem

Our Plan
My project will encourage people to spay and neuter there dogs, adopt strays, avoid roadkill, stop abusing of there dogs, and instead of abandoning giving them away, giving them in adoption, and taking good care. I will try to do this by looking for sponsors how agree with me, doing presentations, and bringing people who can do volunteer work helping people economically.
