The Problem
The Sacramento Zoo Teens hope to make at least 20 mosquito traps for various areas in the Sacramento Zoo.
Our Plan
The Sacramento Zoo Teens will spend 2 days working on this project. The keeper staff will collect the 2 liter bottles necessary to make the traps and the Zoo Teens will construct them. A mixture of water, brown sugar, and yeast will be used to draw the mosquitoes into the trap. Once the traps are complete; Zoo Teens will help keepers hang them up.
