My wish for this project is to reduce the amount of plastic water bottles that are used in schools. Reducing plastic waste is a way to protect the environment.
Our Plan
My project aims to raise funds to provide reusable water bottles for public school students in Rialto, CA. At schools where bottle refilling stations are unavailable, funds will also be provided to have these stations installed. This will be achieved through fund raisers. My project will also aim to provide resources to students about the importance of reducing plastic waste in their own lives and how they can make a difference in their communities through Roots and Shoots.
