The Problem

To continue to educate the students in sustainable practices that can be shared at home and provide a positive impact on the future earth, with the hope that the practices that they have learned continue to be passed on to others and continue the cycle. We also hope to have a large harvest from the fruits and vegetables that we planted and hopefully sell them at a farmers market to allow for the continued garden process.

Our Plan

Our project now has 6 planters with 10 different fruits and vegetables that we expect to give a great harvest. The seedlings are sprouting very well. The students will continue to learn the process of each type of food, follow a timeline for the growth and care, that will lead to learning salesmanship of the harvest. We will then recycle the process with fruits and vegetables for the type of season and continue the process over and over with other students in the school with the goal of reaching them all. We will also be seeking investors for the crops.
