Our Plan
Our community struggles with connecting people and developing positive relationships amongst peers. My advanced acting class has come together to learn about each other and write a play to help connect elementary students to each other. First, they developed Rules of Kindness. Then they developed a plot that shows elementary school students what kindness looks like and what bullying looks like. My class feels that working with young children to promote kindness and empathy will help them grow into kind and empathetic adults, leading to a better, stronger, more compassionate society.
