The Problem
Our wish for this project is to enlighten and inspire. Artists with autism will create works of art using recycled materials. Members of the community will be encouraged to donate recycleable materials to the artists at The Gallery of Artists with Autism in Kankakee, IL. These artists will feel a sense of empowerment knowing that the community supports their efforts to reuse and recycle art in beautiful and unique ways. Their talents will be showcased in a way that inspires hope for individuals with autism and hope for our mother earth.
