The Problem
To begin a campaign to raise awareness of the discrimination against animals of darker colors and specific breeds such as pitbulls to support our local animal shelter and have their long time shelter residents be adopted.
Our Plan
This campaign will consist of holding a Pitbull Proponent Week at my highschool that will include sharing facts about this breed everyday via the loud speaker, creating and hanging posters around the community about our local animal shelter and their long time residents, as well as giving presentations to end the myths and stigma surrounding these different animals.
