Let’s stop using single use plastic in our schools!
Our Plan
Kids can make a difference! Starting within our school, we want to phase out single-use plastic water bottle: at lunch, at sports, at school functions. We kick off this year’s project with a raffle booth at the school picnic, so kids who bring their thermoses (instead of buying plastic water bottles) can enter the free raffle to win prizes. We also want to do this type of project at lunch - encouraging kids to buy/use thermoses and phase out the single-use bottles.
