The Problem
The Roots and Shoots Super Sustainability group from AGBU Manoogian Demirdjian School is passionate about protecting our environment and encouraging the young generation about the importance of conservation. Through our water bottle and paper recycling project, we hope to purchase and place recycling bins within each classroom and inspire students to adapt to a more sustainable and beneficial lifestyle that will continuously contribute to the well-being of our environment. After collecting the plastic bottles and paper every one to two weeks, we will send them to a nearby recycling facility and use the profit for other future initiatives throughout our campus.
