The Problem

I want to alleviate food insecurity in my school system and in my community.

Our Plan

We created the Oasis Community Garden with support from Cape Coral Kiwanis in 8 years ago. Since then, we have had positive results and setbacks from COVID-19 and Hurricanes Ian and Milton causing flooding. We continue to build back and expand our plantings of fruits and vegetables to benefit those who lack access to fresh produce. We also donate our crops to the city's only food pantry, the Cape Caring Center.
