The Problem

We the students of Nature’s Schoolhouse (Sea Turtle Class) want to fix the imbalance of invasive species and plant more native species in our student created new butterfly garden. We want to fix our understanding of healthy eating and provide food to those that are hungry. We want to provide more food sources for local native wildlife.

Our Plan

We will remove invasive plants and plant native wild flowers and plants for pollinators. We will create edible gardens and harvest healthy vegetables to eat and share at our local food bank. We will plant a food forest for birds and animals that live near our campus so they have yummy things to eat. We want to connect with nature and earth’s inhabitants!
