Our wish for this project is to help keep nature beautiful and garbage free. We hope to bring people of all ages together and connect with nature and bring awareness to environmental issues affecting our community and the earth!
Our Plan
Every season the Kawartha Park Nature Clean Up Crew organize various trash collecting projects. We focus mostly on roadside trash pickup and beach clean up. New garbage pops up daily it seems, and the beach is constantly being littered with blue styrofoam that washes up from the docks on the lake. Let's keep nature beautiful!!
