The Problem
Our wish is that students at our schools will understand the impact of plastics on the MAR region and decide to reduce their use in our school and community.
Our Plan
1. Students will learn about Dr. Jane Goodall's Roots and Shoots Campaign 2. Students will learn of various ways of re-using and re-ducing plastics found in their community. 3. Students will create posters, murals, songs to educate others about the impacts of plastics and how they can reduce and re-use. 4. Students will use plastics collected in community in their garden project. 5. Students will design shopping bags provided through the project.
