The Problem

I want to show and teach other people about my Japanese harp, Koto. The Koto is a traditional instrument derived from the Chinese guzheng and I have been playing this instrument since I was five years old. I have had many amazing teachers from Boston, New York, and San Diego (where I live now). With this video, I hope people will learn a little bit about my instrument.

Our Plan

Showing my playing of the Koto and explanation of how it came to be an instrument in a video. In this video, my sister and I performed the piece "Hiyaku", a Spring song.
