The Problem
Our wish for this project is that individuals will learn to take care of theirselves, exercise, destress and focus on the positive aspects of life and to ensure they are mentally and emotionally prepared to handle life's stresses.

Our project will teach our community how to destress from everyday life. We will bring in experts to discuss our mental well being, we will ensure our community is exercising and hold exercise classes, we will discuss eating right and demonstrate eating right demos, we will demonstrate the importance of family bonding time and family outdoor activities as well as proper thoughts and positive thinking.
