The Problem
Malcom Bridge Elementary School wishes to create sustainable gardens on our campus. Our goal is to provide food for the hungry in our community. Each grade level plays an important role in the project.
Our Plan
Second grade is researching and designing mini greenhouses to attempt to grow food year round. Our students are in the research phase now. We are planning to test different designs and materials to see which type of greenhouse provide the maximum results. The students will collect data to keep track of temperatures and humidity levels inside their greenhouses.
