The Problem

Many employees are unaware of the site’s local bee population and its role in supporting biodiversity and ecosystem health. This lack of awareness limits engagement in L’Oréal’s For the Future commitments to protecting natural ecosystems and promoting environmental stewardship.

Our Plan

I am designing and implementing informational decals to educate employees about the local bee population, highlighting its importance to biodiversity, and connect on-site awareness to L’Oréal’s global sustainability goal of protecting ecosystems.
