The Problem
Bring the community around a sport that is sometimes frowned upon, and change their perception of who we are as a community.
Our Plan
We will be hosting a competition at our local skate park and charging an entry to fee to raise money to either improve our park or donate to a skating organization. There will be three prizes for the top three contestants, not money, but rather items pertaining to skateboarding like a deck or wheels. We plan to get these items donated to us by local shops or big name companies.
