The Problem
Awareness in regard to the importance of native grassland prairies in Nebraska, as well as the access to this information by youth that live in urban areas with low SES circumstances.
Our Plan
A four week program at a local prairie where historically ignored youth will get an opportunity to earn a stipend for attending the program, learning wildlife and land management skills, and applying those skills to complete a project that helps the native grassland prairies.
