The Problem
To be able to provide a healthy salad bar for the students at least twice a month in the school cafeteria, free of charge.
Our Plan
We will use an existing plot on the school farm and use that to plant lettuce, carrots, radish, beans, tomatoes and other salad ingredients to use in the school cafeteria salad bar. We will dedicate three class periods each week to this salad bar garden.
