The children want to learn more about farm animals and how to care for them when they are injured.
Our Plan
This spring the children will visit Heartland Farm Sanctuary for injured farm animals. They will learn ways animals get hurt, how they are cared for, and more about the needs of all farm animals. The children will bring animal grain with them to the farm sanctuary and learn how to feed the animals, what the animals need to live, and ways they are medically treated for their injuries.
