The Problem

The Latin-American Migrant Crisis and Influx in NYC.

Our Plan

In Regis High School, Upper East Side, NYC: Advocacy in weekly assemblies hosting immigrant testimonials and experts; donation drives of money, clothing, toys, and more; and concentrated volunteer efforts across the city. Fundraises to send groups of students to border immersion trips in Ambos Nogales Mexico and US. Collaborates with other schools in the KINO Teens network. In Saint Ignatius Church - Upper East Side, NYC: Free Tutoring and Translation Services to Migrant Families. In Little Shop of Kindness, Bryant Park, NYC: Providing care-packages of essentials to Migrant Families, clothing donations, and legal/asylum assistance.
