Our wish is to help our Kinder and First grade students learn to grow and maintain a garden!
Our Plan
Our school district (LAUSD) has approved for a space to be cleared near our Kinder and First grade classroom for a community garden. With the help of our master gardeners from UCLA, we will be growing fruit and vegetables in the garden and taking care of them. The students will learn about nutrition as well as the responsibility that it takes to grow and maintain a garden.
