The children want to learn more about farm animals and how to care for injured farm animals.
Our Plan
This spring the children will visit Heartland Farm Sanctuary, a caring farm for injured farm animals. The children will learn what foods the animals eat and help prepare their meal, as well as feed them. They will visit the animals and learn about what they need to get healthy. They will also learn first hand about some of the medical treatments for the animals.
