The Problem
I hope to help bring awareness to the human trafficking problem in New Mexico. We are hoping to propose legislation to give victims more help, or even prevent them from becoming victims in general.
Our Plan
We hope to bring the issue to light in the capital of our state. We want to have a march that will bring speakers, slam poetry, and music into the mix. Hopefully we can propose legislation that is reasonable, and will make a significant difference in our state. I am hoping to get a group of my friends from school together in order to create an event that has purpose.
