The Problem
We wish that the history and contributions of American Muslims will be better understood and recognized through our efforts to enhance the American Islamic Heritage Museum's exhibits.
Our Plan
Students will work to create Powerpoint presentations about individual Muslim Americans. They will work collaboratively on a "scavenger hunt" worksheet museum guests can use to benefit more from their visit. Students will provide human power to develop additions to the various exhibits, and will conduct additional fundraising to purchase laptops or tablets to display the Powerpoint presentations on. The scavenger hunt will help the museum become more interactive.
