The Problem
We wish to ban helium balloon releases, hopefully Statewide, because they eventually come down pollute our world and hurt or even kill our wildlife. Instead, 7year old students thought we could tie the pretty helium balloons down with long strings and they can be seen much longer as not released to disappear, and then can be brought back down and disposed of in the best environmentally friendly way.
