The Problem
The proposal for my project is to collect used reading/prescription glasses from my community to donate to a specific orphanage in Haiti.
Our Plan
I will host the drive over a two week time period (January 22 - February 5, 2017) which allows my school community time to bring in old glasses. I will collect the glasses in different locations around our school campus. As part of the drive, we will have a team package the glasses in order to ship them to the US for labeling. To promote this event, I will create posters, online notifications, and give a mini presentation at our school on my organization and how we can benefit them.
