"Grow It and They Will Come" is a native plant garden at San Pascual STEAM Magnet, LAUSD, in Los Angeles. Our wish is to plant to provide a food source for our local wildlife, that this will serve as an outdoor classroom, and enhance the beauty of our school and neighborhood.
Our grant will fund the purchase of plants, supplies and tools to plant the garden. Students in 2nd-3rd grade and the Nature Club will work together to plant, water and maintain the garden. We welcome all classes to use this area as an outdoor classroom and observe that when we "grow it - they will come!"
